- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — all plans include a 14-day free trial with full access from day one. A card is required to start. Cancel before day 14 and you won't be charged.
- Do I need a credit card?
- Yes, a card is required to start your trial. You won't be charged until day 15.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. If you cancel during your trial, no charge. If you cancel after billing starts, your plan stays active until the end of the current period.
- What happens after the trial?
- Your card is charged at the start of day 15. You'll receive an email reminder 2 days before so you're never caught off guard.
- What's included in year-over-year reporting?
- All plans include at least 13 months of data so you can compare this December to last December, this summer to last summer, and so on. Seasonal trends matter more than month-to-month noise.
- Can I manage multiple locations?
- Pro Plus includes up to 5 locations. Agency plans start at 10 locations with per-location overage billing — add more clients without changing your plan.
