Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GBP Wizard, operated by Rocket SBS (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using GBP Wizard, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization, and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our service.
2. Description of service
GBP Wizard is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that helps businesses and marketing agencies optimize their Google Business Profile (GBP) listings. The service includes:
- Automated GBP health scoring (0–100) across 8 ranking factors
- Prioritized optimization task recommendations
- Direct GBP profile editing and publishing via the Google API
- AI-assisted content generation for descriptions, posts, and review responses
- Performance analytics and reporting
- Agency portal for managing multiple client locations
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service with reasonable notice.
3. User responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when creating your account and managing your GBP listings
- Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Google's Terms of Service and GBP policies
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit our platform or APIs
- Not use the service to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
- Not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any business
You are solely responsible for the content you publish to your Google Business Profile via our platform. We provide tools and suggestions, but you retain full responsibility for your listing content.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and refund policy
Free audit
Our free GBP health audit is available without an account. Free audits are rate-limited to 3 per IP address per day.
Paid subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as described on our pricing page. Prices are in USD. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
14-day free trial
New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. A valid credit card is required to start the trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no charge.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the period ends.
Refunds
Monthly subscriptions: no refunds for partial months. Annual subscriptions: no refunds once paid. Exceptions are made at our sole discretion in cases of billing errors or extraordinary circumstances. Contact legal@gbpwizard.ai to request a review.
Agency overages
Agency plans include a base location allowance. Additional locations are billed monthly at the overage rate specified on the pricing page, regardless of whether your base plan is monthly or annual.
5. Intellectual property
GBP Wizard, including its software, scoring algorithms, reports, and all content we create, is owned by Rocket SBS and protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all content you provide, including your business information and any content published to your GBP listing. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content solely to provide the service.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GBP Wizard and Rocket SBS are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that changes made to your GBP listing will improve your search ranking. Search rankings are determined solely by Google.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rocket SBS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property claims.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
